This is the latest version of my cover design for Aesop's Fables. Also slightly re-working my web site so please forgive any weird spacings & other strange bits.

30 degrees Centigrade and about a billion in Fahrenheit - is that spelt right? I'm too hot to care! Anyway, been busy looking at printing companies as I want to make my own cards. And also found a company that will print 3D models of things I build on my computer. So excited!

Sent off the latest card designs to Phoenix a couple of days ago and am working on some new ones already. Will post if I hear any news. I'm also getting on with the presentation samples for Aesop's Fables book idea. The picture above will be part of it - though I need to space the text better as it looks a bit cramped. Think that I might change the font too. Wish me luck!

Cards and Aesop

Getting ready to send some card designs to Phoenix. Final revision tomorrow, then in the post to them. Wish me luck! Also preparing some book ideas to submit to publishers soon. One of them will be Aesop's Fables. The picture is from one of the pages - The Big and the Little Fishes.

More from Aesop's Fables. This picture is from The Fox and the Grapes. It's a bit blurry because I assembled all the acrylic and watercolour parts digitally and, for some reason, I only seem to have a low resolution copy of it. Must have been half-asleep that day.

A bigger cat this time. It's a picture I drew last year (or so) to illustrate one of Aesop's Fables.

It's the story of the wolf who saw his huge shadow in the evening and got too big for his boots.

Back to cats again. This one's a picture of the Aesop's Fable: The Cunning Cat. I've only found it in one book though and I have several versions. It's the fable where a cat invites lots of small animals around for her birthday and then tells them that they're her presents - if you see what I mean.
